Air Congo leases a 787-9 from MIAT Mongolian Airlines
Broker Chapman Freeborn has arranged the lease of a Boeing 787-9 from MIAT Mongolian Airlines to Air Congo, giving the young Congolese carrier widebody capacity as it builds out its passenger offering. Airline-to-airline widebody leases remain a practical route to lift for start-ups while new-build delivery slots stay scarce.
