Setna iO buys four ex-Spirit A320-200s for part-out in Goodyear

Setna iO has acquired four A320-200 airframes formerly flown by Spirit Airlines and will disassemble them in Goodyear, Arizona, feeding the parts into its used serviceable material network. Spirit's fleet shrinkage keeps putting mid-life A320ceo feedstock into the teardown market, which helps ease tight component supply for operators still flying the type.

Per Aviation Week MRO rolling updates, Nov 3, 2026. No price disclosed.
