Brazil clears American's up-to-$100m stake in Azul
Brazil's CADE approved American Airlines (AAL) investing up to $100m in Azul without conditions, for an 8.66% stake as part of Azul's post-Chapter 11 restructuring. American gets one board seat, and the partners plan wider codeshare, lounge and loyalty cooperation.
