PAI Partners takes majority stake in Mecaer Aviation
PAI Partners agreed to buy a majority stake in Italian aerospace group Mecaer Aviation from Stellex. Fondo Italiano d'Investimento will reinvest for a minority stake and LGT Capital will co-invest.
